Business Intelligence Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the full commercial funnel (lead generation to retention), identifying key drivers of performance and opportunities to improve conversion, CAC, and retention.
- Lead customer and feedback analytics (e.g., NPS), translating insights into clear, prioritized actions to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Conduct win/loss and competitor analyses to strengthen positioning and support more effective commercial strategies.
- Develop market intelligence, including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and segment attractiveness, to inform growth and expansion decisions.
- Analyze product portfolio and operational performance, identifying opportunities to optimize pricing, margins, processes, and production efficiency.
- Act as a cross-functional analytical partner, translating business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify decision areas lacking sufficient data and lead analyses to reduce uncertainty and improve outcomes.
- Own data quality and KPI frameworks, ensuring reliable data, clear metric definitions, and accessible dashboards for decision-making.
Core missionEnsure OPTOMAN’s decisions are made on facts - by owning data quality and turning CRM and production data into structured insights the leadership team can act on. You will build a unified KPI and dashboard system, run commercial and market analyses, and translate market, sales, customer, and process data into clear recommendations that drive growth, pricing, standardization, and efficiency.
Required superpowers
- 2–4 years of experience in BI, business analytics, or a similar analytical role; B2B experience is a strong advantage.
- Degree in economics, business analytics, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports that are actively used by decision-makers.
- Strong technical skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Zoho Analytics).
- Experience working with CRM/ERP data and combining multiple data sources; SQL or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn raw or imperfect data into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience or interest in commercial, customer, product, or market analytics (e.g., funnel analysis, pricing, segmentation, competitive intelligence).
- Independent, ownership-driven, and reliable, with the ability to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
- Fluent English (C1) and working Lithuanian required.
Working conditions
- Reporting line: Head of Operation.
- Works closely with the IT Project Manager on data infrastructure and supports all department heads with structured analytics.
