Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination of weekly production plans based on real capacity and priorities
- Monitoring production plan execution, analyzing deviations, and responding promptly to disruptions
- Ensuring on-time product delivery and tracking delivery performance
- Organizing and coordinating metrology orders
- Planning and coordinating equipment maintenance activities
- Close collaboration with production, operations and sales teams
- Continuous improvement of planning processes

- Ensures that customer demand is translated into a realistic and efficient production schedule
Coordinate across production, sales, engineering, and operations to keep priorities aligned and resolve disruptions quickly
- Maximize delivery performance while minimizing delays and waste
Required superpowers
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years in optical coatings / related field (preferably laser tech or IBS).
- Experience with production planning and data analysis.
- Great communication skills.
- Understanding of optical component specs and metrology
- Ability to read technical drawings; basic project and time management skills.
- Lithuanian and English – C1.
