Senior Procurement Manager

Responsibilities
  • Organize strategic sourcing and contribute to shaping procurement and supply strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis; search for and qualify new suppliers.
  • Manage long-term relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure timely supply (planning, coordination, supply continuity).
  • Review supplier agreements; initiate changes and improvements.
  • Manage the supplier “map” and conduct supplier evaluations (quality, lead times, reliability, costs).
  • Improve processes related to supply, procurement, and warehouse management.
  • Analyze the pallets in use and initiate standardization/consolidation.
  • Perform cost analysis (direct and indirect costs) and identify savings opportunities.
  • Assess risks (procurement process, supply chain disruptions, reliability/quality issues) and initiate actions to mitigate them.
Main mission
  • Ensure procurement and supply are managed strategically: reliable, on time, and cost-effective.
  • Build and maintain a strong, “future-ready” supplier portfolio.
  • Implement clear standards and improve processes so the supply chain operates steadily even during change.
Required superpowers
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Negotiation skills (value creation, improving terms and conditions, risk management).
  • Strong communication skills (suppliers, internal clients, stakeholders).
  • Project management (from initiative to implementation; deadlines and control).
  • Independent decision-making and ownership.
