Responsibilities
- Oversee Key Accounts (KA) and Key Account Development (KAD) account portfolio to drive sales growth and maintain existing customer relationships using active sales methodologies.
- Plan and forecast budgets for short- term (quarter) and long-term (1-2 years) sales at both product and customer levels.
- Prepare and execute KA development plans (weekly routine) to ensure sustainable success.
- Participate in new product development (NPD) internally, initiating innovations tailored to KA/KDA needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the customer’s organization and ensures strategic alignment between OPTOMAN and client stakeholders.
- Organize client visits, training sessions, and “innovation sessions” involving both client and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM.
- Continuously develop technical and sales expertise to perform effectively in Key Account Management.
- Provide high-quality client support, independently analyzing and addressing both technical and economic customer needs.
Core mission
- Retain and grow existing KA/KDA accounts.
- Generate new sales within these accounts.
- Launch and sell new products tailored to key accounts.
Required superpowers
- 3+ years of experience in related field.
- Expertise in laser and optical technologies (strong advantage).
- Skills to manage multiple commercial and technical projects; data-driven decision-making; customer-focused strategic plans.
- Ability to propose client- and company-focused initiatives aligned with business or personal goals.
- Proven experience leading action-plan execution and communicating with major customer stakeholders.
- Track record of building strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.
