Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain polishing equipment to keep it running at its best.
- Inspect, clean, and prepare glass elements for polishing.
- Measure and evaluate glass elements with high precision.
- Work closely with colleagues on experiments and process improvements.
- Create clear instructions to make daily work smoother and more efficient.
Required superpowers
- A degree in physics, chemistry, or a related field.
- A proactive mindset — you’re independent, take initiative, and like solving problems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in optics or a laboratory environment (a big plus).
- Good English skills for working in an international setting
