We’re looking for an Office and Administrative Assistant to keep things running smoothly at OPTOMAN. You’ll handle the day-to-day organization, keep documents in order, support HR, Operations and Health & Safety, and be there for colleagues when they need a hand.

OPTOMAN is a high-growth optical coating company in the laser industry. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, we’re a leader in Ion Beam Sputtering technology, producing precision optics for demanding laser applications. Our team of 54 people is ambitious, passionate, and focused on rapid growth over the next five years.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the office tidy, welcoming, and stocked. Manage vendors and procurement.
• Handle daily admin tasks and keep company documents organized.
• Support finance with invoices, payments, and debt tracking.
• Work with the HR Manager on people-related tasks.
• Coordinate Health and Safety training, documentation, and compliance.
• Help plan and run company events and activities.
• Support managers and team members with timely help when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in office admin, HR support, or assistant roles.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong Lithuanian and English, spoken and written.
• Proactive, responsible, and well organised.
• Positive and clear communicator.
